The flowering of Holy Mission Sr. Sec. School owes to the indomitable courage of conviction and selfless dedication of its founder Rati Ranjan Prasad, son of Ram Kumar Lal of Rohua, Maniarpur, P.S Warisnagar, Distt. Samastipur. Deprived of fatherly care in his formative years the child Prasad grew to manhood disregarding constraints of tragedy in the family and the liability of a huge family.
He braced adversity by refusing to lapse into emotional fatalism that surrounded him, provided his own sustenance and thus completed his education. With the required grit and determination that the challenge of his personal family life demanded, the creative Mr. Prasad charted a course of action with the pious intention of providing the remote part of Mithilanchal a system of excellence in education to cater to the needs of the students to make them physically fit, mentally alert and morally sound. He founded the institution in 1987 and filled a void that was very desperately felt by the lovers of education and patrons of this institution. He continued to tend and nourish his Holy Mission with the delicate and determined quality of his head and heart that started budding from its very infancy to read fragrance as the premier institution which has been successfully preparing secondary and senior secondary students with the competence to mark its presence on the national level as an affiliated institution
